Shhhh, we can’t tell you very much this week as we want to keep it a surprise. The children have been fabulous in learning their lines and  have been working on projecting their voices. We can’t wait to show you soon! 

Year 2 have managed to fit in some literacy, maths and science. They wrote independent sentences using imperative verbs (bossy verbs), adverbs and adjectives. In maths they have been learning to add two digit numbers by using their knowledge of number sense and drawing number lines. 

The children enjoyed learning about Charles Macintosh in science and the invention of a waterproof coat using naphtha.
