This week, Year 3 enjoyed revising the numbers 1 to 11 in French. They consolidated their knowledge of numbers by playing a board game called Le jeu de l’oie (the goose’s game) which is very similar to Snake and ladders in English. They had to play the game in French. They said à moi(my turn) or à toi (your turn),  they said the numbers of the rolled dice and they counted in French on the board. The player who got to the end of the track first said, J’ai gagné ! (I’ve won!). They had a lot of fun!
