In Literacy this week the children wrote some amazing Kenning poems by using lots of interesting verbs to describe their animals. On Thursday the children used ipads and leaflets to research animals from around the world in order to plan for animal fact files. This topic has really captured the children's interest and we now have lots of animal experts in year 2!
